Ron,

Try contacting the Keokuk County Historical Society at Box 123, Sigourney, Iowa 52591. Phone 641-622-3005. They are located on the corner of Elm and East Streets in Sigourney, Iowa. They are open to the public two days each week (I think it is Wednesday & Thursday). They have a lot of info including thousands of obits. There is a good possibility that someone there knows who to contact regarding St. Elizabeth Cemetery. Hope this helps.
