Searching for info on Samuel Bell born probably ca 1890 - 1895. Place of birth unknown. Parents unknown. Thought to have brown eyes. He may have lived / worked in Keokuk County, Iowa. He did work as a farm hand on the Vestle Dimit farm (near the Sears farm) ca 1914 - 1918. He told the Dimit's that he had "come up from Missouri to work." I don't know if that means he was originally from Missouri ..... or that he simply had worked a while in Missouri before coming to Iowa. After he left the Dimit farm, he would return occasionally to visit them. Any assist appreciated.
