Doolittle family from Indiana/Ohio/NY

My gg-grandfather Joel Doolittle had a brother Josiah who died in Keokuk Iowa in 1863. Josiah married 1st Ruth Northrup, 2nd Martha? Joel and Josiah were born in Shoreham, Vermont, lived in upstate NY until the 1820s, lived in Preble County, Ohio. Joel married Sarah Williams (who was born in NY) there in 1828 and his nephew Loyal Doolittle married Mary Allen there in 1829. They all lived in Decatur County Indiana in the 1840s and 1850s. Loyal died in White County IN in 1856, Joel probably about the same time.

My question is (finally getting to it!) I cannot figure out who the parents were of Sarah Williams, Joel's wife. Her father was born in VT and her mother in MA. I am wondering if any of Josiah Doolittle's kin are looking in Keokuk for him and might know why the Doolittles were in Preble County Ohio in the 1820-1830 time range and who this Williams family was?
