Timothy Charles Pace, 21, of Delta, died Friday morning, Sept. 4, 1992 in an automobile accident. He was born Oct. 29, 1970 in Sigourney, the son of Donald and Dorothy Stanley Pace. He attended Sigourney schools and graduated from Oskaloosa High School. He was in the inactive Army Reserve in Ottumwa and worked at Excell. In May of 1989, he married Brenda McCombs.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda and son, Timothy Curtis Pace, both fo Oskaloosa; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Pace of Delta; two sisters, Julie and Erika Pace, both of Delta; grandmother, Arlene Stanley of Delta; and grandparents Donald and Signe Pace of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lester Pace.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Sept. 6, 2 p.m., at the Delta Christian Church. Burial will follow at the Garrett Cemetery in Delta. Memorials may be given. Visitation will be open after 7 p.m. Saturday at the Holm Funeral home in Sigourney. (The Oskaloosa Herald, n.d.)
