Bobby Franklin Hagan, 80, of rural Hedrick, died Sat., Jan. 3, 2004, at the Sigourney Care Center.

He was born Nov. 6, 1923, the son of John and Avis Osterfoss Hagan. He was a 1943 graduate of Farson High School. He was united in marriage to Joyce Woolverton on Aug. 27, 2002, at the Sigourney Care Center. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hedrick. He farmed his entire life in the Hedrick area. He enjoyed reading, traveling and watching T.V.

He is survived by his wife; and three sisters, Elizabeth Hackert, Jennie Avery and Rachel Welsh.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at the Fremont Funeral Chapel on Fri., Jan. 9, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Bill Hornback officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery near Martinsburg.
