Paul Beasley, 83, formerly of What Cheer, died July 17, 1998, at the Sigourney Care Center.

He was born July 15, 1915, in Sigourney to Earl and Oka Bell Beasley. He had farmed in the What Cheer and Thornburg areas.

He is survived by a brother, Earl Beasley; three sisters, Maxine Decker, Irene McKay and Mildred White.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Betty Rodevich.

Services were held Mon., July 20 at Harden Funeral Home in What Cheer, the Rev. John DeBoef officiating. Burial was in the Springfield Cemetery near Delta.
