Helen B. McKeag, 78, of Delta, died July 14, 1991, in Cedar Rapids.

She was born July 6, 1913, near Bloomfield to Duff and Susie Meier Rayburn. She married William O. McKeag June 25,1939, in Bloomfield. He died in 1987.

She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1932 and was a homemaker and member of Delta Methodist Church where she and her husband were custodians for 25 years.

She is survived by three daughters, Claudia Sponholtz, Janet McKeag and Linda Green; two grandchildren; a brother, Gayle Rayburn; and two sisters, Leola Hubbard and Gwen Howard.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Marion Melvin McKeag; an infant grandson; a brother, Floyd Rayburn; and two sisters, Creta Harris and Bessie Morton.

Funeral services were held Thursday, July 18, at Delta Methodist Church, Ruth Bywaters officiating. Burial was in Garrett Cemetery,
North of Delta.
