Mrs. Frank (Elizabeth) Wehr, 93, of Sigourney died Monday at Manor House Nursing home.

She was born Feb. 28, 1887 near Harper a daughter of Peter and Anna Ruplinger Becker. She married Frank Wehr July 17, 1906 at St. Elizabeth Catholic church in Harper. He died Nov. 1940. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic church in Sigourney, a member of the Altar and Rosary Society of St. Mary church, a member of Ladies Auxiliary to Leo R. Farmer American Legion and also a member of Ladies Auxiliary to Lacey Kerr post 2308 Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Wally (Geneva) Gilliland; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Raymond (Lucy) Wehr; six grand children; 17 great grandchildren; one brother, Matts Becker and one sister, Mrs. Walter (Rose) Ott.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, Edward in 1965 and Raymond in 1978; one daughter, Irene Wehr in 1930; two grandsons, Leslie LeRoy Decker and Larry Lee Wehr; two great granddaughters and one great grandson; four brothers, William, Vincent, Peter and John Becker and three sisters, Vera Ackland, Katherine Kiefer and Angela Becker.

Services were held Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic church with Msgr. Edward C. Greer officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Grove cemetery.
