Billy Lee Glandon, 46, died Jan. 5, in Keokuk county hospital of an apparent heart attack.

He was born May 27, 1938, west of Sigourney to Lyle and Irene Van Orsdall Glandon. He graduated from Sigourney high school in 1956 and was employed by Natural Gas Pipeline of America for 17 years. He was a member of the Lancaster Christian church. He married Pamela Derby May 26, 1962 at the Christian church in Oskaloosa.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Jeffrey and Patrick; two daughters, Susan and Shari; his parents; two sisters, Mrs. Fred (Patsy) Thompson, Mrs. Steve (Sally) Chambers; and three brothers, Ronald, Tim and Francis.

Services were Jan. 8 at the Lancaster Christian church with the Rev. Donald Dye officiating. Burial was in the Pennington cemetery south of Sigourney.
