Mrs. Wilbert (Fawn) Carson, 77, died August 12, 1974, at the Keokuk County Hospital. She had been in ill health for three months and had resided at Manor House Nursing Home for the past six weeks.

The daughter of William and Rebecca Rogers Henson, she was born March 22, 1897, at Webster. She married Wilbert Carson at Hayesville, June 27, 1920 where she lived most of her lifetime. He preceded her in death December 5, 1970.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Nina Ulin and a brother, Roger Henson.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Herbert, Clyde and Waldo; and four sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Dawson, Mrs. Doris Utterback, Mrs. Juanita Mertz and Cletus Henson in infancy.

Funeral services were held this morning (Wednesday) at the Reynolds Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Frank Greenwood officiating. Interment was in the Pennington Cemetery.
