We were very thorough in recording information. We checked the sexton reports in the newspapers, the actual sexton books, the interment records at city hall (large index cards), the cemetery record book at city hall, the tombstones, the WPA records, and, if we had questions, we looked up the obituaries.

The marriage record may be at the courthouse. The sexton book says she was buried by Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa.
