I am looking for information on my grandfather,.
Patrick TURNER's family, Patrick TURNER was born
July 1857 in Jackson County, Iowa. Lived with parents for a while in Butler Township near Jones County. Parents were Edward TURNER, born in Ireland, died sometime around 1860-64 in the area and Margarette MCGEE or MCKEE, born in 1828-30 in Ireland, died in 1908 in Weston, Iowa.
Other children were
John TURNER, born in either Iowa or Ireland about 1855, died Nov 1878 near St. Patrick Church in Garryowen,IA
Rosanna TURNER, born in Jackson County in 1858, died in Weston, Iowa.
They were Catholics and may have had property or shopped in Jones County. After Edward's death, Margarette married Thomas LEONARD in 1867. Any information will be helpful, Thanks in Advance.
