Believe the parents of my George Robert Baldwin (1858 Toronto, Canada -1930 Marion, Linn Co., IA) to be Alfred Baldwin (1820 England - after 1885 prob Jones Co., IA) and Elisabeth Baldwin (1823 Ireland - after 1885 prob Jones Co., IA) but need some sort of proof. Trail seems to be cold. Haven't found burial records for Alfred, Elisabeth, or either of the two children listed in their household in the 1885 state census, Stephen (b 1869) and Essa (b 1871). If anyone has any additional info on the Baldwin family, PLEASE email me!
