I don't know if any of this will help, but Ed Page, inmate #13472, was received at the Men's Reformatory in Anamosa 10/17/30 to begin serving a three-year sentence for Lascivious Acts With A Child, from Scott County, Iowa. He was 21 years old. He was born in Missouri, of "temperate" habits, education was listed as "fair", religion as "none" (per Ancestry - Iowa Consecutive Register of Convicts). He expired his sentence 10/16/32.
