Wilcox Cemetery Question

I have seen conflicting listings for the Wilcox Cemetery over time. People who lived in the Brown and Viola townships (Linn Co.) are buried there but here it is listed being in the Fairview township. As I understand it the cemetery is right on a county line between townships and often wondered if it spills over between the two? Just where does it actually lay? Browns or Viola township in Linn County or Fairview township in Jones County?
