Does anyone know if there are microfilms of inmates' incarceration history for Iowa State Reformatory? Clarence Skaggs, (of Page Co. Iowa) was serving time at Iowa State Reformatory in 1910, his brother Edgar "Ned" Skaggs, should also have served but escaped justice and lived on the "rails". Would like more information on reasons for incarceration.
