HENRY - PATE

Looks like the Kyle and Henry family may be close. I also find in the 1880 Linn County census a Martha Kyle (age 48, born OH and widowed) with a Frank Henry (age 15, born Illinois) living with her. Seems she may have been widowed for some time as there is still no husband at home, age 38 in the 1870 census.

Seems your Albert moved to Omaha, Nebraska by 1900 and married to a wife named Maude and have two children, Crystal and LeRay. Says Crystal was born 1897 in Indian Territory. Also says that Albert's parents were both born in Pennsylvania.

In 1880 they show Albert as Alfred Henry, age 6 born Iowa living with John Kyle and his wife. Possibly something did happen to the parents because he has been with this family at least between 1880-1885 and Frank may be his brother?

Being that they are in Linn County, I would start checking there.

Jim
