I did not have time to go to the library to get obituaries for these individuals. I will try next time. However, Folker Hinrichs born 6/30/1890 and died 6/03/1969 @ Mt. Vernon, Linn Co., IA (nursing home). Death Certificate in Book 10, page 196. Parents: Jabbo and Agnes (Janssen) Henrichs.

Klara Johanna Hinrichs born 9/30/1895 died 7/24/1959 Cedar Rapids, Linn Co., IA (hospital) Book 8, pg 236. parents Thomas & Margaret (Thomsen) Fedderson.

Both are buried in Wilcox Cemetery.

Services for Arthur G Hinrichs, 64, were held Thursday, 2/13 at St Paul Lutheran Church, Anamosa with burial in the Wilcox Cemetery. The Rev David Hagstrom officiated at the services.
Arthur G Hinrichs of Martelle died Monday, Feb. 10 at the Anamosa Community Hospital following a sudden illness.
Arthur Gearhart Hinrichs was born 12/28/1927 at Clarence (Cedar Co.), the son of Folkar and Klara Feddersen Hinrichs. He received his education in the Martelle schools where he graduated in 1946. He served in the US army during the Korean War. He returned to the Martelle area after discharge and farmed with his parents.
Arthur G Hinrichs and Velma Blohm were married 12/10/1966, at the SS Peter and Paul Lutheran Church, Castle Grove. The couple made their home near Martelle where they farmed.
He was a member of St Paul Luther Church, Anamosa.
Survivors included his wife: two children, Ken and Becky Hinrichs of Martelle, a brother, Marvin of Ryan (Delaware Co) and a sister, Agnes Lerch of Marion (Linn Co). He was preceded in death by his parents.
Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa, was in charge of arrangements.

The Marion phone book currently shows 2 listings for Lerch.
