I found a Johanna Gruenewald married 1871 in Milwaukee, WI to Frederick Ehlers. Would make her "very" young but on the other hand, baptisms are often delayed and the child several years old or even teenagers/adults. Not unusual for girls back then being married at age 14-15.

Seems to be a Gruenewald population in Wisconsin.

Also found a Johanna Gruenwald married 1883 in Chicago, IL to Bernhard Didhelm. A more likely match for your person.
