Guardianship #60 for George ROBBINS Born ca 1867
He is the son of Francis ROBBINS And Elizabeth Ann (HOOVER) PARSONS? ROBBINS.

I cannot see Francis ROBBINS in any census.

George Robbins b 1826 NY married to Lucy A BROWN and living in Fairvew Tsp. appears to be a brother of Francis.

Francis/Frank (maybe E. Francis) ROBBINS is living in Bremer Co., IA in 1878 with George.

My question: Is Elizabeth Ann HOOVER the second wife of Silas PARSONS b 1818? Silas is the son of James & Charity (Essex) PARSONS. Is this why Geo. ROBBINS is inheriting from a PARSONS' estate?

Elizabeth (HOOVER) PARSONS? ROBBINS is buried in Norwich Cem. next to her father, John M HOOVER and her mother, Barbara Robbins SMITH.
