The obituary for Augustus Iosty says:
born Sauk Co, WS in 1866
came with parents to Anamosa in 1871

This means Augustus almost has to have been related to Geo. Iosty.

George Iosty says he was born in Sept, 1850 in WS.(1900 census Lincoln Co., SD). Geo says he was born in WS in 1910 census also.

If George really died near Storm Lake after 1910, there should certainly be an obituary there.

Have you looked for immigration records in Sauk Co., for any Iosty, Iosta, Iosti?

In Jones Co., we sometimes see the "I" read as a "J" (Josty).

I will keep looking in Jones Co. If you have something I can look up for you, please do not hesitate to ask.
