info needed please help

HICKS MILLER MERRITT

I am looking for an Elijah Miller in Jackson Twp in Jones county. He shows up in a will I have that he and his wife Cynthia Hicks Miller were there in 1864. Someone also told me there was a platt book that shows a C A Miller owning land, which would be Cynthia if he had died. Cynthia is a Merritt family member from Rome twp. PLease help. There were 10 children in this Hicks family and all have been found except Cynthia.
