Burr Barnes and Mamie Nichols had a son Laurel James Barnes. Laurel J. Barnes married Betty Jeanette Lingle of Nashua Mt. They had three daughters JoAnne, Diane Lynn and Trudy Ann. Diane Lynn Barnes married Ronald Gene Ball of Seattle Washington. He was stationed at the Glasgow Airforce Base in Glasgow Mt.. Diane and Ronald gave birth to Marc Laurel Ball. Marc Laurel Ball and Tina Benee Whetstine gave birth to Diana Marie Ball and Kyle Loyd Laurel Ball. Obviously Marc Laurel Ball is me. My Grandfather was very close to my heart and as you can tell the name Laurel has been passed down from my great great grandfather to my son. Even though my grandfather and I were close he never talked much about his family beyond his nine brothers and sisters. I have just recently started trying to find out any thing I can on my family History. The sites I've been to usually give me the run around and not much information. If there is any information you are willing or able to share I would greatly appreciate it. Or if the are websites or pathes you could recommend, it would be great.
