Being that these people died in more modern times and if they died in Monticello, will probably be buried at Oakwood.

Also, you may want to get someone to look up his obit for you and see if Winnie was still alive then but the SSDI seems to miss her so she may have died before him and that could give you another lead.

Lets see if the cemetery listing has the dates you need first... Then can go the obit route.
