LANGWORTHY - Funeral services for Mrs. Gerd Prull, 68, who died at her home in Langworthy Thursday morning, Sept. 9, was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13, at Wayne Zion Lutheran church.

Rev. John P. Willms, officiated. Burial was in Wayne cemetery. Serving as casketbearers were Ray Reuter, Carl Reuter, Gerke Hanken, E. H. Prull, Clarence Prull and Harry Dierks.

Annchen Mathilda Prull was born in Jevr, Germany, Sept. 18, 1885, the daughter of Gerhard and Gesina Zwitters Reuter. She was baptized Dec. 26, 1885 and confirmed April, 1900, in Sandel, Germany.

When she was 21 years old, Mrs. Prull came to America with her brother, Fritz, and made her home with another brother, Carl, in the Antioch community.

She was married to Gerd Prull Feb. 23, 1909, at Wayne Lutheran church. Couple resided in Langworthy, where Mr. Prull is in lumber business.

Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Mrs. Art Riedel, Langworthy; Mrs. Eric Owen, Anamosa, and Mrs. Marvin Jansen, Creston; and six grandchildren.

Two sisters and three brothers also survive. They are Mrs. Marie Prull, Langworthy, and Theresa Aden, in Germany; John Reuter, Langworthy, and Martin and Menno Reuter in Germany.

Her parents, three brothers and one sister, preceded her in death.
