WYOMING - Funeral service for Mrs. Roy Walters, 36, who died at a Dubuque hospital Sept. 3, was held at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6, at Wyoming Lutheran church.

Rev. R. F. Gronewold officiated. Burial was in the Brown cemetery, Colesburg.

Mrs. Delores Walters, daughter of Harry and Bertha Noack, was born Nov. 8, 1917, near Osterdock, where she spent her girlhood and attended public schools.

At the age of 20, she was united in marriage to Roy E. Walters, Colesburg. Couple made their home at Colesburg, then Ionea, then moved to Wyoming in January of 1945. To this couple were born five children, three sons and two daughters.

Mrs. Walters was a member of the Zion American Lutheran church, and the Women of Zion.

Surviving are her husband and five children. They are Rodney, Roger, Kay Ann, Steven and Brenda. Other survivors are her parents of Guttenburg, a brother, Lester, Osterdock, and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Barbara Schaal, Guttenburg, and many other relatives.
