MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Mildred Ann Bailey, 74, were held Saturday afternoon, Oct. 14, at Goettsch funeral home. The Rev. John Benj. Wild conducted the services. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery.

Miss Bailey was born Jan. 16, 1893 near Amber, the daughter of John J. and Margaret Smith Bailey. She attended the Monticello schools and was a member of First Presbyterian church.

She is survived by one brother, R. Irvin, with whom she made her home, and one nephew, Peter, of Cedar Rapids. Her parents and a brother, Peter, preceded her in death.

Pallbearers were Ray Adams, Irvin Bohlken, George A. Rickels, Harold Egger, Bryan Bartlett and L. C. Stambaugh.
