Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Burrichter were held today Feb. 23, from Devaney Funeral home to Sacred Heart church at 9:30 a.m. Mrs. Burrichter died at the John McDonald hospital Friday, Feb. 20.

She was born Jan. 4, 1844 in Dubuque, the daughter of John and Julia Freeman O'Rourke. She married Edward G. Burrichter.

She is survived by one son, Donald E. of Shenandoah, Iowa; one daughter, Mrs. J. Ken (Mary) Martell of Crookston, Minn.; three sisters, Sister Mary Rosaire BVM of Chicago, Mrs. John Miller of Dubuque and Catherine O'Rourke of Dubuque; and seven grandchildren.
