Funeral services will be held Friday at the Goettsch Funeral Home for Fred Yossi who passed away late Tuesday afternoon, following an illness of four weeks.

Born February 26, 1885, in Switzerland, he was a son of Fredrick and Anna Enabnit Yossi. He migrated to the United States in 1903 and settled in this community where his home has been made here.

He is survived by a son, Arthur of Manchester, and the following brothers and sisters: Alfred and Jacob of Monticello, John of Cedar Rapids and Emil of New Guinea; Emma; Mrs. Harry Bable of Monroe, Wisconsin and Bertha, Mrs. Wilke Husmann of Manchester. Also surviving include two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included: Andrew Steiner, Ulrich Schilt, Henry Bader, Adolph Steuri, John Twschantz and John Yaggi.

Interment was made at the Oakwood cemetery.
