Services were held Wednesday for Oscar E. Fuller, a former resident of Monticello, who died in Cedar Rapids Sunday night following a long illness.

Rev. R. V. Porter had charge of the two o'clock services yesterday at the Goettsch funeral home.

Born in Monticello, April 23, 1864, he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Fuller. He was educated in the Monticello and Epworth schools and later made his home in Richland township. On July 5, 1888 he was married to Delia Peterson, who preceded him in death in 1948.

Surviving are two sons, Ray of Monona and Harry of Marion, and one grandson, Ray A. Fuller, also of Marion.

Pallbearers included Martin Burrichter, Lewis Burrichter, Raymond Gehrets, George E. Rickels, Frank Hayden and Forrest Ely. Interment was at Oakwood cemetery.
