Leona Mae Stott, age 70, died Monday night, October 18, 1982 at the Marshall resident in Wyoming, Iowa after several weeks illness.

Miss Stott was born May 3, 1912 at Waukon, Iowa. She was the daughter of George Stott and Zella Campbell Stott. She received her education in the Monticello area schools while making her home with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stott. After the death of her grandparents she made her home with her Aunt, Mrs. Margaret Marshall of Wyoming, Iowa.

Leona is survived by her Aunt, Mrs. Marshall of Wyoming, Iowa, her mother, Zella Douglas and a brother, George Stott, both of California and two uncles, Milton T. Stott, and Wilbur W. Stott, both of Monticello. She was preceded in death by her father, a brother Stuart, and her grandparents.

Funeral services were held at eleven o'clock, Friday morning, October 22 at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, Iowa and interment was made in Oakwood Cemetery, Monticello, Iowa. Rev. W. Willis Longer officiated.
