MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Lawrence C. Mausser, 57, of Monticello, were held Friday morning at St. Martin's church, Cascade, with the Rev. Daniel O'Sullivan officiating. Interment was in Sacred Heart cemetery, Monticello, with the Rev. J. J. Kirk officiating.

Mr. Mausser died Tuesday, March 14, at John McDonald hospital, Monticello. He was born at Worthington, the son of John and Rosalia Schmuck Mausser. He married Eloise Wright. Before his retirement, he farmed in the Bernard area. He lived in Monticello since 1965.

Survivors include his wife, Eloise; one daughter, Cheryl, at home; two sons, David of Dubuque, and Vincent of Cascade; six grandchildren; four brothers, Fred Mausser of Dubuque, Jack of Central City, Chris of Cascade, and Charles of Bernard; four sisters, Mrs. John Spritzer of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Michael Rauch of Maquoketa, Miss Emma Rauch of Maquoketa, and Mrs. Clarence Francois of Masonville.

He was preceded in death by a son, Donald.

Pallbearers were Bob Mausser, Bob Muller, Ray Iranedis, Ralph O'Connel, Albert Mausser and Leo Rauch.
