MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Herbert (Bob) Supple, 60, were held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart church. The Rev. Edward Supple of Winthrop, brother of Mr. Supple, officiated. interment was in Immaculate Conception cemetery, Castle Grove.

Mr. Supple died Friday night, Feb. 17, at John McDonald hospital, after an illness of three weeks. He was born Oct. 17, 1906, son of Thomas and Gertrude Carrick Supple. He lived in the Castle Grove vicinity, until moving to Monticello several years ago, where he made his home with his sister, Mary Supple. He never married.

He is survived by four brothers, the Rev. Edward Supple, Joseph of Monticello, Clair of West Palm Beach, Fla. and Donald of Waterloo, and four sisters, Miss Mary Supple of Monticello, Mrs. James Drummy, Mrs. John Dargan and Miss Doris Supple, all of Waterloo.

Pallbearers were Cletus Goedken, John Janssen, Kenneth Ferring, Louis Leonard, Paul Brady and Ernest McDonough.
