MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Corbett Doyle were held Friday morning at Goettsch Funeral home, Monticello, with Rev. John Benj. Wild officiating. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery.

Edna Corbett was born Dec. 29, 1900, near Scotch Grove, the daughter of William M. and Mary Belle Sutherland Corbett. The family later moved to Monticello, where she attended school.

She was married to Harry Doyle Dec. 29, 1927, and the couple made their home in Monticello. For a number of years she was employed at Hoag Duster Company. Her husband died on June 2, 1963.

Mrs. Corbett is survived by one sister, Mrs. Elva Jarrett, with whom she made her home, and one brother, Royal Corbett, of Monticello. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two brothers and one sister.
