CENTER JCT. - Funeral services for Frank George Husmann, 76, were held April 2 at St. John's Lutheran church, rural Monticello. The Rev. C. C. Gutenkunst officiated.

Mr. Husmann died March 31 at the home of his son-in-law, Boyd Christensen at Center Jct. He was born April 18, 1889 at Amber, son of Casper and Talkie Johnson Husmann.

He was married July 1, 1914 to Minnie Hanken of Scotch Grove. They lived on farms in Wayne township and the Center Jct. area.

His wife and two daughters, Thelma Christensen and Marguerite, preceded him in death.

Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. E. J. Huls of Manchester, Mrs. H. C. Balster of Garden Grove, Calif., Mrs. W. G. Zimmerman of Anamosa and Mrs. Garrett Bartels of Monticello; one brother, Henry of Monticello; and one grandson.

Pallbearers were Hans Hinrichsen, W. H. Wessels, Ray Heidemann, Merl Husmann, R. J. Wessels and George Wessels.
