OLIN - Funeral services for Mrs. Lee Mallicoat, 45, a former Olin resident, were held Sept. 13 at LaGrange, Ill. She died suddenly Sept. 11 at her home.

Phyllis Barker, daughter of Albert and Florence Gough Barker, was born Dec. 2, 1920 at Olin. She was married Feb. 19, 1937 to Lee Mallicoat of Wyoming. They lived at Wyoming for several years and had lived at LaGrange for the past 12 years.

She is survived by her husband and one son Gary at home; a daughter, Mrs. Joel (Florence May) Alerdyce, Anamosa; three grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Eleanor Burgess, Olin, and Mrs. James Mallicoat, Comanche, and a brother, Jean Barker, Cedar Rapids.
