MONTICELLO - Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m. Monday for Mrs. E. A. (Katie) Casper, 89, at Sacred Heart Catholic church with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Eugene P. Lorenz officiating. Interment was made at Grafton, N.D.

Mrs. Casper died June 25 at the John McDonald hospital. She had been ill a short time. She was born March 2, 1876 at Brighton, the daughter of Thomas and Bridget Murray Grace. She had made Monticello her home for the past six years.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Allen Miller of Boise, Idaho; two grandsons; five great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Julia Dougherty of Monticello.
