OXFORD JCT. - Graveside services for Bessie Powlishta, 70, who died April 15 at Independence, were held Saturday afternoon at Mayflower cemetery with Rev. Nevin Williams officiating.

Miss Powlishta was born in Oxford Jct. Sept. 1, 1894, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Vochoska Powlishta.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Charles Jacobs of Edgewood. Preceding her death were her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
