OXFORD JCT. - Funeral service for William Quirk, 66, who died Sunday morning, Nov. 7, at John McDonald hospital in Monticello, were held Tuesday morning at Sacred Heart church with Rev. Joseph Kissling officiating. Burial was at St. James cemetery in Toronto.

Mr. Quirk was born Feb. 24, 1899 near Oxford Jct., the oldest son of William and Nellie Scanlon Quirk. He spent his entire life in Oxford Jct. and graduated from the Oxford Jct. high school in 1916. He had never married.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Mary Stowers of Oxford Jct., and one brother Joseph of Scotch Grove.
