Memorial funeral service for Mrs. John Fisher, 66, who died Wednesday at Independence, was held this Thursday afternoon in the First Congregational church, with Rev. Barney C. Crockett, pastor, in charge. Burial was in Graceland Park cemetery, Sioux City.

Clara Kenyon, daughter of Nettie and Mark Kenyon, was born in Anamosa on June 6, 1880. She was a member of the First Congregational church.

After her marriage to John Fisher the couple lived here for a short time, then went to Elk Point, S. Dak., and later to Sioux City. After her husband died, Mrs. Fisher returned to Anamosa for several years, making her home with Miss Flora Fisher, Mrs. John Goodman and Miss Marie Dorgeloh. She had been ill the last several years.

She is survived by one son, John Kenneth, Erie, Colo., and a granddaughter, Pamela Jeanette.

Mr. and Mrs. Fisher and daughter came to Independence and Anamosa on Monday.
