Mrs. Adam Hein, a long time resident of Jones county, passed away at her home on North Maple street, Monday evening, April 21, following a short illness. Funeral services are set for this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the First Presbyterian church, Monticello. Dr. William J. Grossheim, her pastor, will officiate. Burial will be made at Oakwood cemetery. The pallbearers at the funeral included her grandsons, John Zirkelbach, Dean Zirkelbach, Howard Zirkelbach, Robert Zirkelbach, Harry Guyan, and Everett Wilson.

Mrs. Hein was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Thomas. She and Mr. Hein were married in Richland township, Jones county, by Rev. B. T. Balcar, pastor of the Richland Presbyterian church. This was the first wedding ceremony performed by this minister and occurred June 5, 1889.

The Hein home was made in Richland township until March, 1919, when the family moved to their home on North Maple street, where they have since lived.

She is survived by her husband, Adam Hein, and the following daughters: Mrs. Ed Zirkelbach, Scotch Grove; Mrs. Paul Guyan, Monticello; Mrs. Herman Bajasch, Monticello, and Mrs. Norman Davidson, Monticello; also by ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Emma Tschantz, Monticello, and Mrs. Ida Zacher, Medford, Wis.
