OLIN - Funeral service was held for James E. Henderson at the Campbell Funeral Home Thursday afternoon, June 13, in charge of Rev. W. T. Boston. Interment was made in the Olin cemetery. James E. Henderson was born at Wyoming, Iowa, Feb. 6, 1886, and died Sunday afternoon, June 9, at the home of his niece, Mrs. Hugh Kelly, Detroit, Mich., where he had been making his home for the last few months. He was the youngest of a family of four children, of whom one brother survives. He was united in marriage to Bessie Hazel Kramer, Feb. 4, 1908. To this union one child was born who died in infancy. Mr. Henderson attended the Methodist church and was a charter member of the Knights of Pythias lodge, Van Horne, Iowa.

Surviving are one brother, Will, Wyoming, Iowa, and a nephew whom he raised, D. L. Kramer, Fargo, N.D. Mrs. Frank Miles at the piano played, "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." Casketbearers were Frank Miles, Sam Alexander, Ed Lawson, Michael Swenson, Ernest Peck and Louis Rohwedder.
