OLIN - Double funeral services for Earl K. Smith, 26, and his 5-months old daughter, Barbara, were held last Thursday afternoon at Olin in the Evangelical United Brethren church.

Cerebral hemorrhage caused Mr. Smith's death Monday, Dec. 23, at the University hospital at Iowa City after an illness of about two months.

His infant daughter died of pneumonia Wednesday, Dec. 24, in St. Luke's hospital at Cedar Rapids.

Rev. W. T. Boston, Olin, and Rev. Arnold, Lisbon, were in charge of the services. Interment was made in Olin cemetery.

Surviving are the wife and mother, Mrs. Edna Reese Smith; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Smith; his grandmother, Mrs. C. F. Mitchell, Olin, and Barbara's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Reese, Olin.

Mr. Smith lived near Lisbon.
