MONTICELLO - Funeral service for Mrs. Frank Ferring, 62, who died Saturday night, was held at Sacred Heart church Tuesday.

Surviving are eight children: Clifford, in the navy in the Pacific; Kenneth and William, Monticello; Emeline, California; Virginia, Denver, Colo.; Raymond, with the armed forces; Katherine, Texas, and Edith, Iowa City; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Hoffman, Monticello, and Mrs. Emma Pitcher, California; and a brother, Andrew Florine, Monticello.
