Funeral service for Glen G. Peet, 61, who died Sunday at his farm home northwest of Martelle, was held Tuesday at the Loder Funeral home in Anamosa. Rev. Samuel Noah, Martelle, officiated. Burial was in Wilcox cemetery near Viola.

Pallbearers were Ed Gotsch, Guy Martin, Clayton Murfield, Ray Peet, Elmer James and Earl Pulver.

He was born July 7, 1883, son of Hudson and Anna Peet, and died Sept. 10. He was never married. Only survivor in the immediate family is a brother, Wayne Peet, Martelle.
