OXFORD JUNCTION - Funeral service was held Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock in the St. James church at Toronto with burial in the Catholic cemetery there for Mrs. Mary Agnes Cavey, 86, who died the Monday previous at Mercy hospital, Anamosa following an emergency operation. Rev. Francis Griffith conducted the service.

Mrs. Cavey was born Mary Mulvihill, daughter of Edmund and Ellen Mulvihill, near Lost Nation, Feb. 7, 1860. She was united in marriage to Patrick H. Cavey, Toronto, April 17, 1882, and they farmed near there, retiring later to make their home in Toronto. Mr. Cavey died in 1936, and three years ago she came to live with her sister, Miss Ellen Mulvihill, where she was making her home at the time of her late illness.

She is survived by one son Edward, Toronto; five grandchildren, a brother, Ed, Marion, and the sister, Ellen. One son, Matthew, a sister, and six brothers preceeded her in death.
