Funeral services for Grace Hubbard, 64, Anamosa, were to be held Thursday afternoon, Sept. 19, at 2, at the Goettsch Funeral home. Rev. J. Ellis Webb was to conduct the service with burial in Oakwood cemetery, Monticello.

Miss Hubbard was found hanging in the upstairs hall of her home at 107 Park Courte Tuesday morning by her brother, Ernest. Deputy Coronor Dr. Gerald F. Brown, ruled the death a suicide and said she may have died earlier in the week.

Pallbearers included Dale Wink, John Hubbard, Clarence Eilers, Arthur Eilers, Harry Eilers and LaVerne Eilers.

She was born Oct. 2, 1898, daughter of William Hubbard and Sarah Adams Hubbard, Anamosa. She had worked at Sterling and Reliance Manufacturing Co., and Metropolitan Book Binding Co.

Survivors include a brother, E. V. Hubbard, Anamosa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
