OLIN--Funeral service for Leonard Ward, 39, who died last Friday, was held Monday afternoon at the Campbell Funeral home. He spent his entire life in Olin, except for two years when the family lived in South Dakota.

Rev. W. T. Boston conducted the service. Mrs. Leon Stivers and Mrs. O. N. Hollingworth sang two numbers, accompanied by Mrs. Louis Rohwedder. Pallbearers were Bliss Switzer, Ed Lawson, Raymond James, Carl Fedderson, Ernest Peck and Arthur Engelking.

Surviving are his father of Olin, one brother, Lester, Atalissa; one sister, Mrs. Reva White, Anamosa; and a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Howard Miller, Olin. His mother died in January, 1933. He had been unable to get about without assistance for the last two years.
