CENTER JUNCTION--Fred H. Collier, 77, former resident of Center Junction, died in a Phoenix, Arizona hospital on Saturday, April 4.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 7, at the Whitney and Murphy chapel, Phoenix, Ariz. Burial was at Greenwood Memorial park, Phoenix.

He was born June 29, 1887, son of Henry Collier and Susan Baldwin Collier on a farm near Center Junction. He was married to Agnes Gleason and they made their home many years at Walla Walla, Wash., where he was a forest ranger.

Survivors include a daughter, Virginia Dorchek, Washington State, and two sisters, Elva, Mrs. Will Hansen, Lisbon, and Blanche, Mrs. William Mead, Center Junction, and two grandsons, Paul and Phillip.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, one sister, Mabel Tomlinson, and one brother, Lloyd Collier.
