OXFORD JUNCTION--Mrs. Frank Benhart, 82, Oxford Junction, died Thursday evening, June 20, at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, where she has been a patient for the last 10 days.

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, June 23, at the Hayden Funeral home, Oxford Junction. Rev. Kenneth Perinchief, of the Methodist church, conducted the service. Burial was in the Mayflower cemetery.

Pallbearers included Robert Benhart, John Burda, Leonard Lasack, Harro Ingwersen, Fred Burda and Fred Hronik.

Mrs. Otto Koranda and Mrs. Hans Ahrendsen were vocalist, accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Hayden.

She was born Julia Burda, April 12, 1881, daughter of Joseph and Rose Burda, Oxford Junction. She had always made her home in this community. February, 1904, she was married to Frank Benhart.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Tillie Monath, Cedar Rapids, and four grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, George; and a number of brothers and sisters.
